Modernization of the system
For the company Pražská plynárenská, we delivered the new SimONet Gasacor system. The original Gasacor, which the company had operated for more than ten years, was technically and software-wise outdated and did not meet current requirements for efficient management and monitoring of cathodic protection. The new Gasacor is built on the modern SimONet platform, which offers a range of innovative features and improvements.
Flexible cathodic protection management system
The new Gasacor system offers not only a modern design but also enables integration with third-party systems, significantly enhancing its flexibility and integration capabilities. Its key features include the integration of IoT devices, allowing wireless data collection from measurement points and real-time visualization. This enables operators to have immediate insight into the current state of the infrastructure.
Increased safety and operational efficiency
The Gasacor system also provides the capability to compare data from previous years and alerts operators to non-standard conditions, thereby enhancing safety and operational efficiency. These improvements ensure better monitoring and management of cathodic protection, which is crucial for the long-term protection of infrastructure against corrosion. The system is designed to meet high demands for cybersecurity and reliability, essential for critical infrastructure. In the future, integration with a new GIS (Geographic Information System) is planned, which will further improve management and monitoring efficiency.
