ZAT has completed a successful era – the company’s long-time director Vladislava Česáková is leaving

We would like to inform you that, as of mid-November, Ing. Vladislava Česáková, long-time director and member of the ZAT Board of Directors, will be stepping down from all her positions.

She became the head of the company in 2002. Over more than twenty years, together with the current CEO Ing. Ivo Tichý, she helped transform ZAT into a successful and modern company, recognized among Europe’s leaders in the development, production, and implementation of control systems for the energy and industrial sectors.

Thanks to her managerial skills, as well as her personal approach to colleagues and business partners, ZAT has become a well-known and respected company in the Czech Republic, across Europe, and worldwide. The company currently supplies its control systems to more than 60 countries and is among the global leaders in nuclear energy.

During her more than twenty years of leadership, she prepared ZAT for its continued successful development. We thank her, on behalf of the entire ZAT team, for her human approach, managerial guidance, and innovative ideas and contributions to the growth and operations of the company.
