In 2024F, we signed a record number of transport contracts worth CZK 163 million

ZAT is one of the leading European suppliers of control and diagnostic systems for transport infrastructure in railway, road, and urban transport. The reliability and modern design of its control systems are utilized by customers not only in the Czech Republic. Growing demand for our products is also confirmed by the volume of contracted orders. In the fiscal year 2024F, we signed contracts worth a record CZK 163 million, more than double compared to the previous year.

ZAT’s core products in transport include dispatch and control technology, remote diagnostics of technological systems, and landslide detection.

In railway transport, some of our key customers are AŽD, Elektrizace železnic Praha, and Brema.

The largest contracts in the fiscal year 2024F came from the project titled “Capacity Increase of the Týniště nad Orlicí – Častolovice – Solnice Line,” within which we signed a contract with AŽD for the remote diagnostics of technological systems (DDTS) and a contract with Eurovia for dispatch control technology (DŘT).

Other significant projects agreed with AŽD include the reconstruction of the Chrastava railway station and the reconstruction of the Hrádek nad Nisou station. These projects include, among other things, the integration of technologies into our DDTS system. We will also deploy this product for AŽD in the capacity enhancement project of the Turnov – Železný Brod line. The same system will be delivered to Brema for the reconstruction of the TZZ Přelouč – Prachovice.

Another strategic contract from the perspective of modernizing railway infrastructure in the Czech Republic was signed last year for the delivery of dispatch control technology to Elektrizace železnic Praha for the “Modernization of the Česká Třebová Railway Hub” project — one of the largest railway hubs in the Czech Republic, which is planned for completion in 2031.

For the upcoming fiscal year, we expect to sign contracts of a similar value as in 2024F.
