At the end of January, a gala banquet with representatives of Czech companies was held at the French Embassy in Prague under the auspices of the French Ambassador H.E. Alexis Dutertre, attended by the French Minister for Energy Transformation.

As of 31 December 2023, Mr Jaroslav Scharf retired as Chairman of the Board of Directors after 27 years. Jaroslav Scharf Jr. took his place as of 1 January 2024.
